Shipping + Returns

We ship from various warehouses across the US and Canada via FedEx, UPS and USPS. In stock items will ship within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified of approximate ship date for backordered items. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

If your order requires freight shipping, it may take longer for your order to arrive. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes. 

Freight shipping: Furniture and other large items shipped via freight will arrive on a pallet by freight shipper. In stock items may take up to 14 business days for arrival. Customer will be notified of ship date for backordered items. Freight carrier provides curbside delivery only. It might be helpful to have assistance on arranged day of delivery. 

We hope you are happy with your purchase!We accept returns of merchandise within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. Return shipment arrangements and costs are also the responsibility of the buyer. Please email hello@shopmaywynn.com to initiate a return.

Returning an item is at your own risk. We recommend that you insure the package and send it via a traceable delivery method, as we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in return shipment.

Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Special orders, furniture, rugs, lighting and sale items are final sale.  

Damage: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If an item is received damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@shopmaywynn.com. Please retain original packaging for photographing and/or repacking. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.

Cancellation: An order can be cancelled up until it has shipped. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Taxes: Sales tax will automatically be charged at check out on all orders placed in Missouri.
